A large gathering turned out for the annual occasion on Sunday, which saw a fabulous line-up of diversity in guest speakers Dr Khazima Riaz, Meg Rice, and Melinda Carlyle.
International Women's Day is a global day celebrating the achievements of women and raising awareness where necessary.
The 2020 theme is #EachforEqual
The day in Parkes began with a free pilates session in Cooke Park on Sunday morning, which saw more than 100 women - and some gents - take part.
Pilates in the Park was led by Kerin Physio Co, delicious coffee was available thanks to Coffee Fix - by Larz and some fabulous gift bags handed out from La Bella Medispa.
