A third man has been charged in relation to the attempted theft of farm equipment from a rural property at Peak Hill.

Between 12.40am and 1.30am Monday, September 2, a property owner was alerted to a break-in at a shed on his property near Peak Hill.
On attending the property, the victim saw a Toyota Landcruiser allegedly towing a trailer containing an ATV and various farming equipment, all previously stored at the location.
It is alleged the stolen goods were discarded on the roadway as the men left the area.
Rural Crime Investigators attached to Central West Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into the matter.
About 10am Thursday, September 26, officers arrested a 40-year-old man at a home on Euchie Street at Peak Hill.
He was taken to Parkes Police Station and charged with aggravated break enter and steal (in company).
He was granted strict conditional bail to appear before Peak Hill Local Court on Friday 15 November 2019.
The third arrest comes after a 41-year-old man was charged with aggravated break enter and steal, malicious damage, drive in a manner dangerous and failing to supply drivers details of a motor vehicle on Wednesday, September 11.
He was released on conditional bail to appear at Parkes Local Court on Friday, October 11.
A 22-year-old man was also charged with aggravated break and enter, malicious damage, and cultivate and possess prohibited drug.
He was also charged with malicious damage after allegedly damaging a cell door at the Parkes Police Station while in custody.
The man was granted strict conditional bail to appear before Parkes Local Court on Friday, November 15.

Police have recovered the motorbike and are reviewing CCTV footage of the theft in relation to identifying the offender.

Police are appealing for any witnesses to an accident in Coles car park on Tuesday morning to come forward.
A utility reversed into another vehicle and drove from the scene with out exchanging particulars.
The incident happened at 9.25am.
