Two men have been arrested after various farm equipment was allegedly stolen from a rural property in Peak Hill.

Between 12.39am and 1.27am on Monday, September 2, a property owner was alerted to a break-in at a shed on his property near Peak Hill.
On attending the property, the victim saw a Toyota Landcruiser allegedly towing a trailer containing an ATV and various farming equipment, all previously stored at the location.
The victim followed the vehicle which allegedly proceeded to ram the victim's utility before leaving the scene with several witnesses in pursuit.
It is alleged two passengers from the Landcruiser climbed from the cabin into the rear tray of the moving vehicle, unhooking the stolen trailer and discarding the power tools and equipment onto the roadway.
Officers attached to Central West Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into the matter.
About 9.45am officers attended a home on Derribong Street at Peak Hill and established a crime scene.
Two men, aged 22 and 41, were arrested and taken to Parkes Police Station where they remain in custody pending charges.
A third man remains outstanding.
Investigations continue.

Police are investigating a shoplifitng incident which occured at 2.30pm on Sunday.
Staff from a local store reported a male stealing items of clothing.
Police are viewing CCTV footage of the incident in the hope of identifying the offender.

A 30-year-old Parkes man was arrested on Sunday afternoon after being accused with a number of offences including intimidation with the intent to cause fear, assault occasioning actual bodily harm and common assualt.
He was refused bail to appear in Parkes Local Court on Monday.
