They are part of Red25, the corporate blood donation program of the Australian Red Cross Blood Service.
Northparkes Mines joined Red25 in 2014, and each year have consistently made around 35 donations and helped save 100 lives.
Noel Huggett said a fellow employee's cancer diagnosis seven years ago prompted the group to start giving blood.
"We started a little group when Lester Plummer was diagnosed with a type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma and he needed a lot of blood transfusions," Noel said.
"It was about supporting Lester, we were travelling to Orange at that stage to give blood and not long after that they started the Northparkes group."
Ian Rowe has been donating blood since he was 18, racking up an impressive 40 years.
"Although that's not continuously as it depended on where I lived and whether the blood bank was available," he said.
"I just do it because it helps out people and it's no skin off my nose, it's easy to do and you never know when you are going to need blood yourself."
Fiona Wray said she donates blood simply to help save lives.
"I think it's an important thing you can add to the community," she said.
"Fiona has her 25 donation badge and will give her 26th donation for Northparkes this week.
"I used to give blood and it sort of fell away when I had kids and now I've started again, I'm on my way to 50 now."
There are around 10 Red25 blood donation groups in Parkes, including Parkes Hospital, Service NSW, and Parkes Shire Council.
The blood bank will be in town on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of this week.
