Police have arrested two people and are searching for another in the wake of a brazen daylight toy store robbery just days before Christmas.

A trio of alleged thieves went to the toy shop in Capalaba, Queensland at 2.45pm on December 19 where they allegedly grabbed a "large quantity" of dolls, craft supplies, figurines and games.
A 41-year-old staff member confronted the group when they tried to leave the shop and was assaulted, sustaining non-life threatening injuries, before the group left.
Eagleby arrests
A man and woman were arrested at home in Eagleby, between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, where the haul of toys and a "quantity of drugs" were found on December 21, police said.
The 33-year-old Eagleby woman was charged with two counts of stealing and possessing dangerous drugs, one count of robbery in company and receiving tainted property and three counts of possessing a utensil.
The 27-year-old Eagleby man was charged with one count of robbery in company and possessing dangerous drugs.
Both alleged offenders are due to face Cleveland Magistrates Court on December 22 and police continue their search for the third man.
The recovered toys have been donated by the business to kids in need, police said.
