Parkes Hockey Incorporated (PHI) is one of 13 sporting and community clubs the Parkes Services Club proudly sponsors, and has been doing so for at least 10 years now.
Services Club general manager Mike Phillips and president Dorothy Charlton presented PHI treasurer Tracey Chambers $15,000, which contributes to developing and enhancing hockey facilities in the town, supports junior player development and helps out the club's members with their fees.
"It's part of our annual sponsorship which has been ongoing with Parkes Hockey for at least 10 years now," Mike said.
"It's one of many sporting clubs we support."
