CMOC-Northparkes Mines (Northparkes) are pleased to announce that they have launched the first edition of the Northparkes Newsletter, an e-newsletter that will be distributed on a monthly basis.
Northparkes' Community and External Relations Advisor, Ali Standen said the newsletter was designed to create another channel for the organisation to connect with local community members.
"The newsletters will include updates about our operations, our people, career opportunities, scholarship programs, upcoming events and our investment programs and partnerships," Ms Standen said.
That includes opportunities like the Community Investment Program, which now sees Round 2 open with more information on the mine's website.
Residents can keep up to date with all the latest news by signing up to the e-newsletter.

Stacey Kelly Manager People, Safety and Environment added that the newsletter would highlight the opportunities that are available to locals through scholarships and employment.
"This e-newsletter is another way for us to ensure our local community members are aware of our current job vacancies, including our traineeship and scholarship programs, that are designed to support the local communities in which we live and work," Ms Kelly said.
