The event will take place at Lions Park this Sunday, October 6, during which a free morning tea will be available from 9.30am until 12 midday.
Every day 50 Australian women learn they have breast cancer and eight will lose their lives to the disease.
Organiser and McGrath Foundation Breast Care Nurse Dianne Green says it's important to recognise the impact of breast cancer on not only the woman diagnosed but all those around her.
"Each time a woman hears she has breast cancer, those around her in the community are also affected," Dianne said.
"Support for women diagnosed, as well as their families and loved ones is an important issue in our local community."
"This year with Parkes going pink, we have combined the Breast Cancer Network Australia's (BCNA) mini-field of women with the McGrath Foundation Pink Up Parkes launch as both organisations provide support in individual and unique ways."

The BCNA is the peak national consumer organisation for Australians personally affected by breast cancer. They work to ensure that Australians affected by breast cancer receive the very best support, information, treatment and care appropriate to their individual needs.
The McGrath Foundation's mission is to ensure that Australian families experiencing breast cancer have access to a breast care nurse no matter where they live or their financial situation. The McGrath Foundation also takes on an educative role, working to raise breast awareness among young women.
Dianne said Sunday is an opportunity for the public to come together to pay tribute to all those affected by breast cancer.
She's encouraging the community to participate in the event to show support for the thousands of Australian women and families affected by the disease.
Both McGrath Foundation merchandise and BCNA merchandise will be available for purchase on the day.
"Although breast cancer care and knowledge has come a long way, women are still being diagnosed every single day who need our support," Dianne said.
"I invite the whole community to join us, and to take the opportunity to leave a personal message of support on a Pink Lady silhouette."
