There will be a great line up of inspiring guest speakers including Dr Jo Braid - Specialising in brain and gut health, Dennis Hoiberg - an internationally recognised rural resilience expert and Steve Matthews - Vic Chairman of Riverina Bluebell.
As well as local GP's, live exercise and mindfulness sessions, Community Health specialists RAMHP representatives and so much more.
Allow about four hours but chatter might make you stay longer.
Wear something comfy because you might get a bit physical and please RSVP just so they know how many mouths they have to feed.
The team behind this is by "The Back Room Workshop" located in Forbes and are taking the Grease and Oil Change on the road in 2019.

Trundle Central School
We welcomed students in Years 1-12 back to school on Wednesday. Kindergarten students came in to school on Thursday. What a great first day with our Year 1/2 students.
We made giraffes that CAN dance! The swimming carnival is on today, don’t forget the sunscreen and lots to drink.
A Joyful party
It occurred on Sunday, January 27 at the Trundle Services and Citizens Club to celebrate the 90th birthday of Barbra Kearney who turned 90 on January 23.
Fifty odd guests attended to celebrate the occasion with her including relations from Forbes and Bathurst, Locals who have a life time relationship with her through church activities being organist and choir organiser after the death of Mrs C C Berry who did the job for many years.
Sacristan for 40 years, involvement with CWA and Red Cross and St Vincent De Paul. A great day closed late in the afternoon.
The Royal Far West
The next monthly meeting is on Tuesday, February 12. All current members are urged to attend the meeting at the Op-Shop in Trundle at 1.15pm.
The Royal Far West is holding its next BINGO day on Sunday, March 3 at the Trundle Golf Club starting at 10am. There will be lots of prizes and lots of fun so make sure you mark your diary for a great day out!.

Tullamore Pony Club AGM will be held on Friday, 11 at Tullamore Hotel at 7pm. A general meetings to follow. All welcome.
