The 11-year-old has been selected as a finalist for the Junior Sports Star for the Western NSW Region.
And she is one of three finalists for Western.
The Local Sports Stars Awards are in its 14th year.
The gala event will take place on Tuesday, October 30 at the Bankstown Sports Club, with Fox Sports presenter Adam Peacock the host. The evening is set to be filled with inspirational stories, great entertainment and a three course dinner.
Spence has had an impressive junior cricketing career already, having been selected for the Primary School Sports Association (NSW PSSA) State Girls Cricket team last November and claiming a silver medal at the National Cricket Carnival at Barooga.
She was a finalist in the 2017 Parkes Shire Sports Awards for Junior Sportsperson of the Year and was the recipient of the Harrison Bursary, all held on Australia Day this year.
