More than 50 guests attended to help Peter and Maddalena Sgarlata celebrate their achievement.
Their daughter, Julia was MC for the event.
Speeches were delivered by Mayor Ken Keith, Sylvia, Rod Willis, Les Hicks, and the man of the moment himself - Peter Sgarlata.
Letters of tribute were read from Bob Cocks and Peter Besgrove (Valvoline Australia) who were both apologies.
