The night had it all: picture perfect conditions, great racing and the return of the popular contest for the Golden Yabby trophy.
Young hopefuls registered their yabbies for the race, presided over by Mayor Ken Keith.
In the end it was a delighted Darcy Edgerton who held the trophy high, second to Alexander Vincent and third to Spencer Smith.
