If you're still looking for your first or second dose of Pfizer, or if it's been six months since you were fully vaccinated and you're seeking a booster, this is for you.
The clinic is open to those aged 12 years and over, but anyone aged 12 to 15 must be accompanied by their parent, guardian or nominated carer.
No bookings are needed, but those attending will need to bring a form of identification and where able, their Medicare card.
If you're coming along to get a booster dose you're asked to bring evidence of your previous doses.
Western NSW Local Health District advises people must not attend the clinic if they:
- Are waiting on a COVID-19 test result (unless this was a surveillance test only and the person is not unwell);
- Are a confirmed close contact of a confirmed positive COVID-19 case;
- Are unwell - anyone with COVID symptoms should get tested and isolate until they receive a negative test result.
If you have mobility or accessibility difficulties and can't get to a clinic please phone 1800 684 423 and leave a message with your name, contact number and our town.
Don't forget you can always seek out local COVID-19 vaccination appointments through the Federal Government's clinic finder.
