Ivers plead guilty to the charge at Parkes Local Court on October 7.
According to police facts, Ivers was driving along the Newell Highway north of Parkes around 7:19 am on Sunday September 5 when he was detected by police driving at 124km/hour in a signposted 110km/hour zone.
Police stopped Ivers on Maguire Road where he informed them that his license was at his Orange address.
He also told police he had been at his Peak Hill property looking after cattle.
Enquiries by police revealed that Ivers had not held a licence since November, 1995.
Police arrested him and took him back to Parkes Police Station where further enquiries revealed he had been charged with six driving offences since his license expired in 1995, the last being on September 4, 2020.
He was fined $1500 and disqualified from driving for six months.
