The 2019 soccer season may have finished up a couple of months ago, but already the Western NSW Football Club's men, women and youth sides are gearing up for the 2020 season with their trials coming up in November.

Western NSW Football Club, formerly known as Western NSW Mariners, will compete in the 2020 season in the National Premier League (NPL).
The club will compete in NPL4 for 1st Grade, U20 and U18 men, NPL2 for 1st Grade, Reserve Grade, U14, U15, U17 women and NPL2 for U13, U14, U15, 16 Boys.
Western NSW FC offer the opportunity to play football (soccer) at a high level and be coached by some of the best coaches in the Western area. It is a fulfilling and enjoyable experience and can be an important step to further representation for state and nation as well as the A League and W League.
The women have secured the services of experienced coaches Mick Godbier for 1st Grade and Mudgee-based coach Jason Payne for Under 14s.
Godbier previously coached Western Mariners 1st Grade in 2015 and 2016 which saw the girls finishing minor premiers and making a grand final. The Cootamundra-based mentor has been coaching at various other levels for a decade and is currently the NSW Country Under 15s girls coach.
Payne is also a former successful Western Mariners 1st Grade women's and juniors coach, and will offer a wealth of coaching experience to the up and coming Western talent in the Under 14s side.
The men will be coached again in First Grade by Mark Rooke. Clint Mutton will join the men's coaches as Under 18's Coach joining his brother Scott who will also return with the boys youth teams.
Football (soccer) players who would like to compete at a high level, improve their game, compete against some of the best players in NSW and enjoy the team atmosphere are welcome to trial.
