A huge term of Tennis is in store for everyone over the next 10 weeks.
ANZHotshots will start on Monday October 14.
This is a junior development program using modified courts and balls.
Hotshots is aged from 4 years and players come in groups of 4 for half hour over an 8 week program.
Cost is $100 which includes a racquet and a t-shirt. Active Kids Vouchers are welcome.
Junior development squads will also commence on Monday October 14.
There are 2 tiered squads available in green and yellow ball.
Each squad runs Mondays from 5-6.30pm and includes fitness, footwork, team building activities, drills and points play.
These squads are designed for players who are either involved in HotShots, private lessons or junior comp and want more court on time honing their skills.
The squads are $150 for the term and all you need is a skipping rope and plenty of enthusiasm.
There is also the opportunity to have some specialised private lessons during the week.
These are particularly for those girls and boys who would like more personalised attention to either build their self confidence, work on their technical and tactical development, have a desire to play at a higher level or a combination of any of the above.
There are private lessons available during the week and on Saturday mornings.
Private Lessons are $30/half hour.
The term 4 junior comp will commence on Tuesday October 15.
It will be half hour singles only for all divisions except the yellow ball which will be pairs playing 1 set of singles and 1 set of doubles each week.
Divisions will include red ball on a red size court, orange ball and green ball on appropriate sized courts and the yellow ball div for more accomplished players.
Online registrations have closed but if you would like to be part of junior tennis this term then contact email@example.com
Night Comp will commence on Tuesday October 15.
This will involve Teams of 3 playing 1 set of singles and 2 sets of doubles each week.
If you would like to play but don't have a team you can be on a reserves list and be called on to play when required.

In what has been the longest and most frustrating project for Parkes Tennis committee for the past 20 years, the online court booking system is almost ready to launch.
It was hoped to have this system in action during the Winter months but unfortunately 'red tape' held up proceedings.
People may notice the change to the gates on courts 7-12 which took place during the holidays.
These will be the courts that will be available to hire once the booking system is up and running.
When the changeover happens, anyone wishing to have a hit will book and pay online via their phone, ipad, laptop etc and receive a 4 digit code to access the gate.
The best part is the lights are connected to the system so people will be able to play anytime during the day and night before 10pm.
For the next week, the usual booking at D'Aquinos will still apply and as soon as the Book-a-Court is ready to go, everyone will be notified via Member emails, this column and ParkesTennis facebook page.
Saturday afternoons from 12.30pm is Social Tennis where anyone can come and have a hit and enjoy some social doubles play.
Once the weather warms up Social Tennis changes over to Saturday evenings (usually November).
