A huge congratulations to Natan Sadykov who was the outright winner of the senior section and will now progress to compete in Sydney at the state finals in November.
Harry Kennedy was placed in third position in the senior section which is also an amazing outcome.
Meg Skinner and Logan Roberts were placed equal fifth in the junior section.
All students represented Middleton School with pride and to have all four students succeed in being placed in the first five is an outstanding result, especially as they competed against 19 other schools.
The Premier's Spelling Bee is open to all NSW government primary, central and community schools.
The competition comprises two divisions - junior for Years 3 and 4 and senior for Years 5 and 6. Each school can enter two students per division to a maximum of four students per school.
