Two games were played by the boys at half time during the Reserve Grade then again in First Grade.
During the First Grade game at half time in the senior players stayed on the field to watch the boys with Jay Slaven and Ben Lovett joining the boys in the game.

Under 14 Whites
Sportspower Under 14 Whites played Canowindra in the second game last Saturday. Parkes were quick to open the scoreboard with a try from Dylan Woods. Defence was strong as Toby Cox, Rhys James, Brian Mendoza, Jackson Parker-Lee, Jay Arrow and Caleb Wirth tackled hard as a team to hold Canowindra out. Next set saw Jay Arrow make a break, Dustin James continuing to make up ground and Jackson Parker-Lee finishing by twisting out of the tackle and over the line to score. Team work saw the boys work together to reach the line. Jay Arrow scored, conversion was unsuccessful. Next set saw Caleb Wirth gain good ground and Mac Rauchle following through and over the line, Jackson Parker-Lee successfully converting taking the score to 18 nil. Oliver Thomas was next over after a good solid run taking the boys into the half-time break 22 nil.
Second half saw some fresh faces and some big hits with Kane Coulston making some of the biggest hits in his football career defending his wing alongside of Jake Herring who returned after a long stint out with an injury. A penalty gave Parkes the extra ball time they needed with Mac Rauchle scoring his second try. Change over gave Canowindra some ball time and the boys needed to defend. Ashton Roach, Dylan Woods, Toby Cox, Dean Robinson, Jack Milne and Marley Moran defended well. Mohammed Yasir became a target as he ran the ball up for Parkes, getting up each time and running again! Joe Monk made some good ground with Dustin James in to score. Conversion was unsuccessful but Parkes had won a very fiery game 30 - 0.
Under 16's
Brian Collins Smash Repairs Under 16's took on South Dubbo at home last Saturday in a tough game that required the ambulance to be called twice for Parkes players. Thankfully both players, Maia Haenga and Sam Ryan were fine after some observation at hospital.
Parkes were making plenty of tackles but unable to wrap the ball up giving South Dubbo the opportunity to off load and keep the ball alive, eventually they scored. Conversion was unsuccessful. A South Dubbo error gave Parkes possession. Will Tanswell made good ground. A penalty gave Parkes six again. Dustin Ticehurst started the set strong. Bayden Moran took a massive hit, getting up and continuing to play, Jayden Pope continued to drive it forward with Jai Thompson putting it down over the line. Conversion was unsuccessful. 14 - 4.
James Parsons continues to play well as full back. Dubbo were in with a successful conversion. Ben Herring and Toby Miller made plenty of tackles alongside Jason Wright and Ben Cooper.
Possession continued to change sides as both teams fought for points. A lost ball by Parkes gave South Dubbo the opportunity to add points with another try and conversion. Tyler Yeo and Col Rauchle were strong in defence protecting their side of the field.
Will Tanswell and Wilson Duffy continue to protect the other side. Zayne Ehsman although small, was strong in defence putting himself in line to stop South Dubbo. Ryan Evans continues to work hard to score for Parkes on his wing. But unfortunately South Dubbo were stronger on the day with a 34 - 4 win.
