Parkes SSAA Smallbore
Last weekend we saw nine shooters attend the Deep Lead shooting complex. They shot at ordinary targets at both 25 and 50 meters for a maximum of 500 points. This match was shot under changing southerly wind which effected scores at the 50 meter range.
Target Rifles
- Brian Drabsch 250, 247, 497
- David Wilson 250, 244, 494
- John Davis 250, 244, 494
- Craig Gibson 250, 243, 493
Field Rifles
- Ron Cunningham 249, 243, 492
- John Smeaton 250, 240, 490
- Glenn Pepper 247 for only 25 meters and one shot for practice only.
Our next shoot is at 10am Sunday, March 31 and this is our last shoot for the 12 month reporting period, if you don't have your required shoots after that you could have your licence cancelled by the firearms registry.
I have issued enough warnings. All you had to do was attend four times for target, two for hunting and one for collecting if you have these reasons on the back of your licence, it is not that hard.
We have 112 shoots in that 12 month period, Smallbore and Shotgun at Parkes and Centrefire on the Eugowra range each weekend and then there is Bigbore and Down the line Shotgun.
