On behalf of concerned Middleton residents, I attended Parkes Shire Council’s meeting this week and found the support of Manager, Kent Boyd, Mayor Ken Keith, Director Ben Howard, and Councillors Pat Smith, Bob Haddon, Allan Ward and Barbara Newton very good.
There was a positive outcome of a community forum to be held before any trees are removed from Cheney/McGlynn Park.
I would publically like to thank the above for their support.
Rose Jones, Parkes.
