Jeffries has six runners competing in this Sunday's meeting: Risk and Reward, Club Supreme, Thee Jenner, Bella Chica, Strenia and Euro Flash.
Risk and Reward, probably the best chance the stable has in the meeting, is the topweight for the last race of the day, the Telescope Tyres and Batteries BM58 Handicap, and has drawn Barrier 1.
Jeffries is hopeful the finish was just a result of circumstance, and is keen to see him bounce back at home.
"The track at Narromine wasn't ideal for him last start, everything was winning from the outside fence and he drew the inside barrier - so leading at the top of the straight alongside the rail wasn't the place to be," she said.
"We are stepping him up in distance (from 1100m to 1300m) and are we are putting on apprentice jockey Jackson Searle on him, which will bring him down to 57.5kg from the original weight of 61.5kg."
Risk and Reward actually broke his maiden here over 1300 metres in Parkes on January 27, 2018 when he was with the Peter Nestor stable, so he is certainly familiar with the track and Jeffries is banking on that experience counting.
"Hopefully he can bounce back from the Narromine performance a fortnight ago on his home track - he actually won one here before we got him so if he could repeat that, it would be fantastic," Jeffries said.

Last start winners Thee Jenner (which is owned by Prout) and Club Supreme are both competing in the Bob Skinner Painting and Decorating Class 2, though Jeffries was a little more circumspect on their chances.
"They have been racing in weaker company (they both won at a non-TAB meeting in Nyngan on Anzac Day) of late, but I think they can make the step up with a little bit of luck," she said.
Euro Flash will kick things off for the stable in Race 1 - which begins at 12.10pm.
