Police were called to an altercation between students in which the woman, Joelene Robson (31), had involved herself.
Robson was holding a metal bar, raising it in the air and threatening another person.
She was arrested and charged with armed with intent to commit an indictable offence, stalk and intimidate with intent to cause physical harm, and common assault.
Robson was refused bail by police, but later released on conditional bail by the court to appear in Parkes Local Court on Monday, April 3.

A 17-year-old Parkes male has been charged with driving with PCA and being unlicensed. Police stopped the youth in Wentworth Street at 3am on Saturday.
He failed a roadside breath test and a further analysis returned a mid range result.
Checks revealed he has never held a licence.
He will appear before Parkes Local Court on April 3.

A 36-year-old Peak Hill man has been charged with intimidation, malicious damage, contravene apprehended domestic violence order and possess prohibited drug at Peak Hill last Saturday.
He was released on conditional bail to appear in Parkes Local Court on Monday, April 3.

Police are investigating the theft of 132 merino sheep from a property in the Fifield area.
The sheep, valued at around $20,000, were stolen between January and February.
