That's what Parkes resident Brodi Rossiter has by the truckload according to his boss Peter McMaster.
And unfortunately that's what his newborn daughter Alaynah needs by the bucket full as well.
Alaynah, the daughter of Brodi and Allira, was born in late June and sadly right from the beginning of her young life has had significant health problems like cystic fibrosis and meconium ileus - just to name a few.
At three days old she had 30 cm of dead twisted bowel removed and she also had two stomas. She had her bowels re-connected last Monday and fortunately is recovering well from that.
She will need chest physio to help her lung and creon (medicine used to treat people who cannot digest food normally) for the rest of her life, due to being pancreatic insufficient.
Once Alaynah is back home in Parkes, they will have to go back to Westmead Hospital monthly for check ups.
Brodi is currently an apprentice at BDN Kitchens in Parkes under Peter, played footy in Trundle and attended the Trundle Central School as well.
Not only is this devastating emotionally for Brodi and his young family, it is also financially crippling.
Trundle Boomer stalwart Adam Hall is organising the gofundme page for Alaynah.
The initial goal of $5000 has already been easily surpassed, and it now sits just shy of $7000 as of 1pm, Thursday.
Helen Gray, who taught Brodi at Trundle Central School, is in awe of the man he has become, and urged the community to donate.
"He's so bloody modest and he's just an amazing guy...they just deserve all the help they can get," she said earlier this week.
Peter echoed those thoughts and admiration for his young employee.
"Resilience sums Brodi up; he has been through a fair bit in his life, been through foster care, and still helps his foster parents a lot with their illnesses and injuries. He lost his biological father earlier this year as well," Peter said.
"He just keeps on coming to work and doesn't let it get him down...he just has a great personality and is a great example for other people to live by.
Alaynah, Brodi and Allira are a wonderful young family and deserve all the help they can get.
