Applications for both floats and stalls are due in by tomorrow, November 29.
There are only two weeks left before the Parkes Action Club's Christmas street parade and carnival.
So far 22 floats have entered the parade and there are more than 30 market stalls.
And Parkes Action Club representative Peter Guppy couldn't be happier to announce that all stalls are local from across the Parkes Shire.
"It is not too late to put in an application for either a float or stall," he said.
"We'd love to have everyone involved."
This year the parade will travel down most of Clarinda Street, before heading down Welcome Street due to the works at the lower end of the main street.
Those taking part in the parade will gather between Bushman and Victoria Streets at 5.30pm, the same place when the Parkes Elvis Festival parade is held.
Floats and participants will travel down Clarinda and turn right into Welcome Street, finishing in Short Street where the Christmas carnival will take place in Cooke Park.
There will be a number of vintage cars in the parade, which can be viewed in Short Street afterwards, and owners who have put so much work into restoring them will be happy to answer any questions.
The Action Club is grateful Australian Mines will be donating the prize money for the parade floats.
The prizes are $330 each for Best School Float, Best Community Float and Best Business Float.
Peter was also excited to reveal the club has plenty of fun planned for the whole family during the carnival.
There will be no Christmas movie this year but there are 10 activities booked in to perform on the public stage, one of the new additions to this year's festivities.
These include dancing, singing, yoga, karate and judo acts and begin at 6.45pm.
There will be rides in the park, such as a merry-go-round and train, a jumping castle, the Action Club's chocolate wheel raffling off Christmas hams and the Parkes Tennis Club will feature its speed tennis serve radar challenge activity.
Santa will also be making an appearance, where youngsters and families can have their photo taken with the man in red.
Another new addition to the evening will be a food court, where the food stalls will be together in one area.
"Fun - that's the focus of it, to have fun," Peter said.
"Not for people to feel they have to go with money in their pocket."
The Parkes Action Club is now on Facebook and residents can keep up-to-date with their activities, including the Christmas carnival there.
People will also find the application forms for the parade and stalls on their Facebook page.
