The 12 foot alumium tinny was taken between October 9 and 12, Central West Police said.
The motor and boat trailer were not stolen, just the boat hull.
One of its identifying features is a small piece of metal welded on to the side by the owner.
A portable electric fence system worth about $500 has been stolen from a rural property on the Brolgan Road.
Unknown persons have taken about 50 posts, electric tape and insulators, with police reporting the theft has occurred between October 7 and 14.
