Tresillian is a long-standing organisation for young families and young children with expert parenting advice.
They also have helped develop a Sleepwell Baby app for parent concerns such as baby sleep and settling, development, feeding and nutrition.
Tresillian began with the Spanish Flu pandemic that reached Sydney in early 1919.
With 100 years of invaluable service for young families across NSW, Tresillian has played an important and unique role in the history of the state.
Mayors of the region heard about this initiative at a board meeting and are fully supportive.
"Across the region we hear from distressed young mothers having to make the trip to Canberra or Sydney for advice and support with young babies," Cr Keith said.
"Being afforded an opportunity from such a well-regarded specialist service in regional NSW is a great leap forward.
"Cowra is centrally located, and the region believes this is an ideal location for the specialist residential hub."
