Terry Lamb will be visiting the Coachmen Hotel from 1pm for a luncheon and a chat with locals, whilst also enjoying the first three Saturday games of the NRL season.
A Canterbury region junior, Lamb enjoyed one of the more successful careers in the top flight competition, accumulating over 300 games between the Western Suburbs and Canterbury clubs.
Lamb was a State of Origin player and was a part of the dominant 1986 Kangaroo tourists. He was inducted into the Rugby League Hall of fame and will be judged by many for years to come as the greatest support player in the game.
Lamb's visit to kick off the season coincides with Parkes' 75th year anniversary, looming as a big season for the Spacemen.
Tickets to join Terry Lamb at the luncheon are available at the Coachmen Hotel cost $25 each and includes a light lunch.

The two time premiership winning Spacecats will be Parkes' first team in action this season, playing in this Sunday's Western Leaguetag Challenge at Canowindra.
The Spacecats will take on Trundle Boomers first on field 3 at 11am. They will then take on Manildra Rhinos at 1:05pm on field one before facing off against Orange Hawks at 2:20pm on field one.
A historic day of football will occur at Pioneer Oval on March 21 when three community clubs, the Spacemen, Boars and Trundle's Boomers team up for a Mental Health Advocacy Day.
There will be three games between the Spacies and Woodbridge Cup powerhouse, Trundle. While the emerging Boars will face The Wagga Reddies from Southern Inland RU in two games.
The Spacies juniors will kick off proceedings at 12pm against Trundle Juniors. The Spacecats will play against the Trundle league tag squad at 1pm while the Boars girls will play against the Wagga Reddies at 2pm.
At 3pm, the Boars first grade will face off against Wagga Reddies first grade. The Spacemen seniors and Trundle will play the last game at 4:15pm.
