CMOC-Northparkes Mines and Parkes Shire Council have announced the successful applicants from the latest round of the Sports Grants Funding Program.

And more than $48,000 has been handed out to 11 sporting clubs and associations in the Parkes Shire.
Parkes Sports Council Chairperson, Alan Gersbach was delighted that more projects had been put forward for selection.
Unfortunately, not all the groups who applied received a piece of the funding pie, however a great range of sporting pursuits are represented in the list.
Cr Louise O'Leary, who presides over the Selection Committee was pleased that the projects put forward were a mix of facility and participation projects in sporting or other activities.
Northparkes Managing Director, Hubert Lehman said, "at Northparkes, we are committed to the health and wellbeing of our people, as well as the community in which we live and work".
"We have proudly supported the Sports Grants Program in association with Parkes Shire Council for seven years now.
"Northparkes recognises how vital sport is to our local community; supporting the Sports Grants Program is one way we can contribute to some of the teams and clubs which do such a great job helping to keep Parkes Shire healthy and happy," he said.
In total $48,478.55 in grants were distributed this round.
The joint funding agreement between Northparkes and Parkes Shire Council will distribute $170k in sports related funding over three years.
The next round, which opens in March, will see a total of almost $39,000 available for sports related projects within the Parkes Shire.
The successful applicants are:
Parkes & District Junior Cricket Association for the purchase of a cricket cover lifting trolley for Northparkes Oval, $ 2,900.00.
Parkes Dragon Boat Club to extend the roofing around the storage containers, paint them and install roof ventilation, $ 5,235.55.
Parkes Hockey Incorporated to supply and install additional covered seating, $15,000.
Parkes Railway Bowling Club to purchase a bowling green mower, $ 6,000.
Parkes Sporting Shooters Association to erect a man-proof fence, $ 3,000.
Trundle Pony Club to expand the day stalls at Trundle Showground into overnight yards to safely house horses overnight, $ 2,250.
Parkes & District Kennel Club to purchase additional agility equipment to replace non-standard gear and allow the club to run events without the need to hire, $,350.
Parkes & District Netball to purchase new balls and equipment, $ 400.
Parkes Tennis Club to purchase a special lawn mower with a grooming attachment, $ 5,000.
Peak Hill Pony Club to purchase equipment to run structured learning activities and competitions including a portable dressage arena, jumpstart blocks and an Equi-ball for pony soccer, $ 3,843.
Police Citizens Youth Club to purchase equipment to run a Free G (Parkour) gymnastics program, $ 3,500.
