Tracie was honoured to be included in the roll up of guest speakers and was asked to speak about a topic that she is passionate about, running a big business in a small town with a focus on diversity and youth.
"Our team are trained to have a state wide, national and even global focus whilst operating locally and regionally," Tracie said.
"Our diversified business includes Commercial, Residential, Rural Property, Water sales and Livestock trading and all are subject to the effects of wider economic forces.
"Our team of well educated professionals is working hard every day to get the very best results for our clients."
Ray White Parkes Forbes and Condobolin has grown from six staff in 2006, to now having 28 staff.
"We have two staff embarking on a study journey to obtain their Bachelors Degree's in Applied Digital Marketing and we have many other staff studying various subjects that complement all facets of our business," Tracie said.
"We are educating for the requirements of tomorrow's market and are not just flat footed with what works today.
"We are all about getting the absolute best result for our clients and that often means thinking bigger and ensuring that we have youth on our team who embody the phenomena of online and social media marketing.
"The Rural and Livestock Agency Summit was a great opportunity to hear from national voices and influencers in the industry and I am proud to be considered one of them."
Tracie has been overwhelmed with requests for input from regional and rural agencies all over Australia since returning from last weeks Summit and hopes to use this opportunity as a platform to ensure the growth story of Parkes and the investment opportunities in and around Parkes are reaching a broad audience to provide the most benefit to the local real estate market.
