Emmanuel family thanks Parkes paramedics for 'being there' and the vital work they do

It was a heart-warming scene outside the Parkes Ambulance Station on Wednesday when Darcy Emmanuel wanted to personally thank the town’s paramedics for doing all they could for his brother when he passed away earlier this year.
