Six intoxicated people walked through the driveway of the restaurant at 3am.
One male member of the group became aggressive after they were told the counter was closed to orders.
He ran at a glass door causing it to shatter before unlocking it and entering the building to abuse three staff members.
The male was told by the manager to leave and police were contacted.
One of the witnesses was able to identify him as a 19-year-old Parkes man.
Investigations are continuing.

A police pursuit was terminated late on Thursday night due to safety concerns.
Officers observed a red Holden Commodore accelerate away from them on the Newell Highway at 10.30pm.
Lights and sirens were activated but the driver of the vehicle failed to stop.
The driver turned off the highway onto a grassed area and then onto Hideaway Lane before the pursuit was abandoned.

A 20-year-old Parkes man will face Parkes Local Court on November 5 after being charged with low range PCA on Thursday night.
Police stopped the driver of a white Nissan in Ackroyd Street at 11pm.
He failed a roadside breath test, was arrested and taken to Parkes Police Station for a breath analysis which returned a reading of 0.055.

A 20-year-old Parkes woman has reported a fraud incident involving her mobile phone.
The woman’s mobile number was transferred to another carrier without her knowledge.
This enabled those responsible to access her bank account details and transfer money from her account.

Two trail bikes were stolen from a garage at a residence in MacArthur Street overnight on Friday.
The theft occurred between 10pm on Friday and 7am on Saturday.
Police attended the scene and located the motorbikes in a lane a short distance away.
