Along with celebrating women there will be great entertainment for all in attendance to enjoy.

The theme is Women In the Arts, and artists Marilyn Nash, Jo Laurie and Rosalie Burns will each display some of their work and talk to us about it, and we will also listen to the magnificent voice of Cr Barbara Newton, learn about Yoga from Monica Lea and enjoy a mini fashion parade from The Red Chandelier.

In between times, guests will enjoy chatting and laughing with their old friends and have the opportunity to make some new ones.

The lunch, which is at the Services Club, starts at 12pm on Sunday March 12.

Tickets are just $30 for this wonderful event and can be purchased from Absolutely Hair at 207 Clarinda Street until March 6, unless all sold out beforehand. 

And don’t think that can’t happen. 

It did for the event held for International Women's Day last year.

So please ask all your female friends to come along with you, and pick up your tickets ASAP so that you are not disappointed.
