The arrests are part of ongoing investigations into illicit drug supply within the Parkes region.
Officers from the Lachlan Local Area Command commenced Strike Force Sunning in October, to investigate the supply of methamphetamine (ice) in the township.
Two search warrants were simultaneously executed at a residence in Thomas Tom Crescent and a rural property at Tichbourne, south of Parkes.
Police have arrested Penelope Karen Sense (45), her husband 53-year-old David Francis Sense and Kristy Osborne (41).
Officers also seized a motor vehicle from the Thomas Tom Crescent location, which police allege was used in connection with the drug offences.
All three people were taken to Parkes Police Station.
Penelope Sense was charged with four counts of supply prohibited drug of a small quantity and one count each of supply prohibited drug of indictable quantity, supply prohibited drug on an on-going basis and possess prohibited drug.
Osborne has been charged with two counts of supply prohibited drug and two counts of possess prohibited drug.
David Sense was charged with supply prohibited drug of indictable quantity.
The trio appeared before an authorised Justice just before 4pm on Wednesday in a bail hearing in Parkes Local Court.
In a letter addressed to the court in his absence, Sydney solicitor Patrick Conaghan – representing Penelope and David Sense – said he was unable to find a representative to attend the court on his behalf and indicated his clients would not be applying for bail.
Bail was formally refused for the couple and the matters were adjourned to Parkes Local Court on Monday, December 5.
Osborne also appeared before the Justice unrepresented and seeking bail.
Detective Senior Constable Anthony Durkin told the court the Department of Public Prosecutions initially denied Osborne bail because of her current Section 9 good behaviour bond.
“But we have agreed to the bail in fairness to her because she is not represented today,” he said.
Osborne was granted strict conditional bail and has had her matter adjourned to Parkes Local Court on Monday, December 5.
Detective Sergeant Steve Howard said police are conducting ongoing investigations targeting the use and supply of prohibited drugs in the local area command.
"The use of this drug is not restricted to teens and younger people," Sergeant Howard said.
"Ice is used by people across a wide range of age groups.
"We are committed to investigating and prosecuting anyone involved in the sale of prohibited drugs.
"The most common drug we detect these days is ice. It is a very addictive drug and we regularly see the damage it causes to individuals and their families."
