A cast of 42 will hit the stage for this high-energy production that is full of big dance numbers, plenty of laughs and many a memorable moment.
Tickets are selling fast for the opening weekend, with next Saturday's premiere almost sold out.
The show opens on Saturday, October 10, followed by a Sunday matinee on October 11.
There are Friday, Saturday and Sunday shows for the following two weekends, with the final show on Sunday, October 25. Tickets are $30 for adults and $25 for concessions, a fraction of the price for shows in larger centres.
The majority of the cast are teenagers, in keeping with the spirit of the show which focuses on the challenges of being a high school student.
Morgan Flynn and Madi Cooper lead the way as Troy and Gabriella, the roles that launched the careers of Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens.
Emily Green and Matthew Prow put in star turns as the overly-dramatic sister and brother combination, Sharpay and Ryan Evans.
Shannon Green and Jack Ford play super geek Taylor McKessie and super cool Chad Danforth, while Connor Murphy is hilarious as the academically challenged Zeke Baylor.
Kasey-Lee Murphy and Gracie Townsend round out the talented teenaged leads as Kelsi Neilsen and Martha Cox.
Director Greg Ballantyne is looking forward to opening night.
"The cast are definitely ready to go," Greg said.
"They have worked so hard throughout rehearsals and are now just waiting for an audience.
"I am so impressed with the talent of the whole cast - the singing, dancing, acting - I'm sure the audience will find it all very entertaining."
Make sure you get in quickly to secure your seats to what is sure to be a great night or afternoon out.
