The Squash Centre will be closed Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday.
The Centre will be open for social squash on Easter Saturday from 11am.
A Grade
Zoe Hood has been in great form of late with a strong win against Craig Smith last week.
Zoe took control of the first two games (15-10, 15-11) before Craig hit back to take the third 15-12. Zoe closed out the match with a 15-8 win to take it in four.
Nicole Tolhurst has also been playing some top squash this comp, having only dropped two matches.
She was pushed last week to five games by Nathan Prince wtih the same scoreline as when they met in Round 1.
Nathan started very strong, taking the first two games 15-12 and 15-8.
Nicole powered through the third taking it 15-4.
Games four and five were tight with Nicole just able to take advantage and win the match 15-13, 15-12.
Izzy Compton subbed up from B Grade to take on Line 4’s Campbell Earsman.
Izzy came out very strong to take the first game 15-11.
Campbell fought back to control the points and eventually take the match 15-13, 15-13, 15-11. With Izzy’s form recently, he will be a permanent fixture in the A grade ranks soon.
Ali Yousef subbed across to take on Luke Nash.
Ali took the first game 15-13.
Luke was able to fight back and get the second 15-10.
A long game in the third went Ali’s way 17-16.
Again Luke evened the scores, taking the fourth 15-10.
Despite winning more points overall (70-67), Luke could not take the decider with Ali getting the win in the fifth 15-11.

B Grade
One of the night’s best matches was between Megan Wilcox and Kim Robinson.
With some of the closest game scores and a final points tally of 69 to 52, both players put in excellent performances.
Megan took the first 15-13 before Kim returned the score to take the second by the same margin. Megan took the third 15-11 with Kim again evening the score in the fourth 15-9.
The decider was hard fought and extremely close with Kim just getting the edge 15-13.
Cameron van der Merwe started the second round of his first competition with only two losses and an impressive average of 5.57.
He continued his winning form to defeat John Maddison in four close games (15-12, 11-15, 15-12, 15-10).
Tavia Taylor has been improving each week.
Last week she took on Roisin Feeney.
Both players are neck and neck to take out Line 5 honours and it showed in a five set match.
Roisin took the first 15-13, before Tavia got up in the second 15-8.
Roisin took the third 15-10 to give her a 2-1 lead.
Again Tavia evened the score, taking the fourth 15-12.
The decider went in Tavia’s favour, 15-12.
Tavia then subbed up a line to take on Jeff Page.
Jeff started well, getting the first 15-10.
Tavia just got the edge in the second with a 15-13 win.
Jeff took game three by the same margin before Tavia found form in the fourth to take it 15-6 and lock scores at 2-all.
Jeff just got on top in the decider to take the match 15-13.
Captains Tim Collins and Damien Baxter played a close four game match last week.
Damien took the first 15-12, before Tim was able to get the second in a long game 17-15.
Tim continued with his winning form to take the next two games (15-13, 15-9) and close out the match.
