Northparkes bowler Noel Smede tore through the Railway batting line up by securing a hat-trick.
In a fine spell of spin bowling, Noel’s final figures were 5/43 from four overs while he also executed a good run out.
Noel’s figures helped Northparkes to a much needed win, but it was not all one-way going.
Reeling at 5-15, Beefeaters’ Max Keith and James Dean steadied the ship to get their team to 154 off 20 overs.
Steady batting by Northparkes saw them chase the total down with four wickets in hand and 1.4 overs to spare.
Noel was presented with the match ball for his incredible feat.
