The vehicle was taken from Back Yamma Road sometime after 8pm on Wednesday.
A nearby resident noticed the vehicle on fire in bushland off Henderson Street yesterday and alerted emergency services.
When the Parkes Fire Brigade arrived at the scene, there was no one present, but the vehicle was beyond help.
Enquiries are continuing into the incident.

Two young men were disturbed robbing a residence in Jubilee Street on Wednesday night.
Police said at about 10.30pm, two unknown males entered the rear yard of the premises and accessed the laundry area of the home.
They reached inside the door and removed four LED torches and a butane cooking lighter from the windowsill.
The home owners heard a noise and disturbed the offenders.
As the owners walked towards the rear door, two young males were seen running from the rear yard.
Police enquiries are continuing.

A 57 year old Parkes man has been charged with high range drink driving.
He was stopped in Clarinda Street and failed a breath test.
A subsequent breath analysis produced a reading of .250.
He was also charged with driving whilst disqualified.

A 15 year old Forbes youth has been charged with serious offences following an incident in Westcott Crescent at about 11pm on Monday.
Police said an 18 year old Parkes man was assaulted, and as a result the 15 year old was charged with reckless wounding in company, and assault and affray.
He wasgiven conditional bail to attend Forbes Children's Court on January 8.

A set of driving lights has been stolen from a vehicle parked in Bollinger Street overnight on Tuesday.
They are valued at $400.
Also overnight on Tuesday, two gas cylinders were removed from a residence in Victoria Street.
A mobile phone valued at $900 was stolen from a business premises in Parkes around 3.15pm on Tuesday.
Enquiries into the theft are continuing.
A toolbox containing many tools was stolen from the rear of a utility parked in Danilenko Street beteen 7pm and 10:20pm on Monday, December 15.
The value of the theft is $1,400.
