Hosts Ryan Cunningham and Kyle Rayner have worked in event management, hospitality and fine dining restaurants and eateries in NSW and Queensland.
They have combined their collective knowledge to now offer Parkes shire residents and visitors alike an enticing and fun restaurant experience.
Many locals will remember that it was Ryan who took the gamble and successfully converted the former Carruther’s Jewellers store into the Perfect Blend coffee shop that today operates as Onnies.
From the moment you walk through the door, Bent promises something special, not only through its enticing menu choices but the inviting vintage atmosphere.
Patrons are invited to simply call in for a drink from the licensed bar or you can wine and dine either indoors or out in the comfortably appointed courtyard atmosphere.
You can enjoy either a shared dining experience of tapas style delicacies or choose from the a-la-carte modern Australian menu.
Wines are local - featuring Canberra, Mudgee and Orange regional favourites.
With Christmas just around the corner, now is certainly the time to book your festive function or any celebration - be it a birthday or anniversary party.
And with the weather starting to warm up Ryan and Kyle are planning to host live music evenings as part of the total dining experience.
Bent is open Tuesday - 8am to 3pm, and from Wednesday to Saturday between the hours of 8am and 9pm. Bookings – 6862 2229.
