Shot fired, two pursuits as police try to arrest man

A man surrendered to police when his car became immobile after two pursuits and a collision with a police car, during which a shot was fired.

About 6am on Tuesday police were called to an incident in Parkes following reports a 42-year-old man had allegedly threatened two other people.
