Que Club joins Healthy Harold

It is no surprise that following COVID, the floods and fires, knife attacks, shootings and domestic violence constantly in the news, many of our children are worried and frightened.

It is therefore timely that Que Club's major project this year is Life Education. Life Education teaches children important health and wellbeing lessons so that they can thrive.

During the Parkes Festival of Health event, which included the Healthy Harold Colour Run, we took the opportunity to add to the subsidy that Northparkes Mines provides to ensure that all young local students would be able to visit the Life Education Van when it comes to Parkes.

Healthy Harold, the giraffe, was there at Keast Park and the children were ecstatic.
