US keeps COVID rules used against migrants

A judge has retained COVID orders that have prevented many migrants crossing the US/Mexican border.

A federal judge has blocked US authorities from lifting COVID-19 restrictions that empower agents at the US-Mexico border to turn back migrants without giving them a chance to seek asylum.
