Stefanie Kate Leonard (29) of Wentworth Street, Parkes has been found guilty of driving with an illicit drug present in her oral fluid.

According to police facts, police were conducting patrols around Parkes on June 12 when they observed Leonard, travelling south on Currajong Street pulling her over for the purpose of a RBT.
A breath test checking for traces of alcohol was negative.
A drug test was performed which was positive for traces of methylamphetamine.

Leonard was arrested and taken back to Parkes Police Station for further tests.
A secondary oral fluid test returned positive for methylamphetamine and cannabis.
A sample was sent off for laboratory testing which confirmed traces of methylamphetamine and cannabis.
She was fined $220 and disqualified from driving for three months when she appeared in Parkes Local Court on October 7 to answer the charge.
