They can now confirm that dates have now been set for the Policies and Procedures Meeting and Annual General Meeting, along with a date for the Junior Presentation Day.
Policies and procedures
This meeting will be on Monday October 18, 2021, from 6.30pm at Parkes Bowling and Sports Club.
As per 2020, any application to change current by-laws must be received via email to pdasasecretary@outlook.com.au by 6pm Friday October 15.
A representative from each open ladies team from the 2021 season needs to attend.

Junior presentation
The club's junior presentation will be on Saturday October 30 from 1pm at Harrison Park. COVID rules and regulations will still apply with QR check in and social distancing enforced.
All participants in non-competitive junior teams will receive an individual award and have a team photo taken.
Presentation times
- 1pm - Under 6
- 1.30pm - Under 8
- 2pm - Under 10
In the competitive age groups, trophies will be presented only to premiers and runner up, along with the individual Best and Fairest Awards.
The following teams will be presented these trophies from 2.30pm:
- Under 12 Premiers: Strikers; Runners Up: Victory
- Open Juniors Premiers: Rangers; Runners Up: Wolves
Coaches and managers of non-competitive and competitive age group teams are requested, if possible, to collect team kits prior to presentation day or at presentation.
All shirts and equipment needs to be returned on Saturday October 30 between 1pm and 3pm. If you cannot do this please email pdasacommittee@outlook.com.au as soon as possible to make other arrangements.
Open ladies competition
No presentation will be held for the Open Ladies competitions.
Team representatives of premiers and runners up will be provided these awards at the compulsory Policies and Procedures meeting, allowing each team to hold their own presentation.
These teams are as follows:
- 1st Division Premiers: Cougars; Runners Up: Commercial Kookaburras
- 2nd Division Premiers: Forbes Power; Runners Up: Forbes Wildcats
Annual General Meeting
The AGM will be on Monday November 8 from 6.30pm at Parkes Bowling and Sports Club.
All positions on the committee will be declared vacant, with some current members providing notice that they will not be seeking re-election to their respective positions for the 2022 season.
Anyone who is interested in volunteering to join the committee is asked to attend this meeting or email pdasacommittee@outlook.com.au should they have any questions or wish to nominate.
