The sound of joy permeated through the entire centre as children and adults alike enjoyed a bit of freedom - something that has been missing from our lives over the past few months.
Season tickets for the 2021-22 season can be purchased from the Parkes Pool kiosk.
The township pools of Peak Hill, Tullamore and Trundle are expected to open on Saturday, October 30, for their upcoming swimming seasons.
With COVID-19 still a present threat, there will be some changes when you attend the pool this season due to government requirements.
Changes to 2021/22 season
- From Monday - Friday between 1.30 - 3pm the pool will be closed to the public for cleaning sanitisation in line with government COVID-19 regulations
- All visitors will be required to sign in using the NSW Health COVID-19 QR Code
- Physical distancing measures including restrictions in changerooms and the number of swimmers per lane will apply
- All people over the age of 16 will be required to show proof of double vaccination status to enter shire pools
