The owner of a property "near Parkes" where a party was held will face court on a charge of breaching the public health orders.

Police addressing the media at Dubbo MP Dugald Saunders' press conference on Saturday highlighted the incident as one "of great concern to us".
"There was a party being held at a rural property near Parkes: 11 infringements have been issued as a result of that and the owner of that property has been issued a court attendance notice for breach of the public health orders," Assistant Commissioner Brett Greentree said.
"That was a party and all those people who received infringement notices were from Orange so they travelled against the public health order."
All were fined $1000 as a result.
"The message from that is that people are calling CrimeStoppers, people are calling your local police," Assistant Commissioner Greentree said.
"Police were notified of this party, they turned up, and as I said 11 infringement notices were issued."
