The Parkes Picnic Races committee have secured two fantastic judges this year for the Fashions on the Field: Elizabeth Pakchung and Dixie Coulton.
Elizabeth was born and raised in Sydney while Dixie was born and raised on a rural property in Goondiwindi - a NSW/QLD border town.
At school Elizabeth learnt to sew and she loved making her own clothes and reading her mother's Vogue magazines.
After leaving school, she studied Economics and Law at Sydney University and became a corporate lawyer for 28 years.
Elizabeth is also a keen racegoer and was the proud part-owner of Crows Before Dawn which won a number of city and country races.
