Group 11's senior, league tag, and junior sides will make the trip to Lithgow on Saturday for the annual grudge matches against Group 10.
The Group 11 squads were announced on Sunday night and while a number of players are unavailable due to either injury of personal commitments across the three grades, Loxley likes the look of each of the sides.
India Draper in the league tag and Jordan Pope off the bench in the seniors are among those named for Parkes in the representative sides.
After no play went ahead last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this will be Group 11's first look at Group 10 since the neighbouring competition lost the Blayney, Oberon, and Cowra clubs from its top grade competition.
Group 10 proved too good for the Group 11 seniors in both 2018 and 2019.
"Two years ago we played Group 10 and they were a powerhouse then and had Blayney and Oberon," Loxley said.
"I don't think they're not the powerhouse they were and they're down to five sides. We might not have the same issues we had in 2018 and 2019.
"Any Group 11 side is good enough to beat Group 10. I would not be even contemplating defeat."
Alex Ronayne will lead the senior Group 11 sides and headlines a six-strong Macquarie Raiders contingent.
The captain-coach is joined in the representative side by winger props Nick Harvey and Jack Kavanagh, winger Sam Coe, and boom centre Pone Tongia, while Richie Peckham will provide a utility option from the bench.
Macquarie is the most well-represented in the representative squad while CYMS trio Ali Beale, Brad Pickering and Jyie Chapman have all been named in the backline.
Pickering will be joined in the halves by Forbes' Nick Greenhalgh.
Some injuries will have to be watched this week with Pickering, Beale, and Harvey among those who suffered knocks on the weekend.
