Last Saturday's Dog Agility and Jumping Trials at the Parkes Kennel Club has certainly put the club on the map in the Agility NSW calendar.

Out of the 968 runs, there were 172 qualifications and it showed that the club could absolutely handle a big trial with close to 1000 runs.
The success of the trial through the number of entries, the successful raffle and the amazing canteen has ensured the club has raised substantial funds to enable us to keep doing upgrades at our grounds and purchase further agility equipment.

They are now planning to host a night trial under lights in October and will again host our big weekend trial in April next year.
Support from the Parkes Shire Council ensured the club was able to host a fun and safe event, with many people commenting on the day how well the event was run.
It was particularly fantastic that club members were still able to achieve great success at the trial despite being run off their feet working at the trial all weekend.
