Owing to all the Covid-19 restrictions, Alectown resident Valmai Westcott said there was doubt if this could go ahead this year.
But Valmai has confirmed organisers are able to comply with the social distancing recommendations.
The event in the past has taken place at the Alectown Soldiers Memorial Hall, but this year it will take place at the Bush Cathedral at Engedi (formerly known as the Vision Ministries at Mamre) in Alectown this Sunday, October 25 commencing at 4pm.
"With such a wonderful season we are experiencing this year how could we not celebrate and give thanks to God for the anticipated harvest and all our other blessings?" Valmai said.
Refreshments of tea and coffee, and packaged biscuits will be supplied afterwards as district residents and anyone who would like to attend, fellowship together.
"The service gives the people in the district a chance to get together and communicate with one another in a wonderful time of fellowship," Valmai said.
