The vouchers are replacing the two free weekends at the tip that were held annually at two different times of the year and can be used at both the Parkes and Peak Hill waste facilities.
Councillor Louise O'Leary sought clarification at Parkes Shire Council's August 18 meeting on whether the vouchers can be used at the Peak Hill site, following some confusion in the media.
Council's new Director of Planning and Environment Brendan Hayes confirmed the vouchers will be honoured at either facility in Parkes and Peak Hill.
The two vouchers are being mailed to property owners with the first installment rates notices at the start of each financial year.
The vouchers are valid until the end of the financial year.
Meanwhile the annual Kerbside Bulky Goods Collection for homes in the Parkes Shire will be taking place from Monday until September 18.
Council asks residents to neatly place their bulky waste, including scrap metal and organics, on the edge of the kerb outside their homes this weekend.
